A RESOLUTION SETTING THE I~TE, TIME, AND PLACE OF
~ PUBLIC HEARING UPON THE ~OND ORDINANCE INTMO-
DUCED AND PASSED ON FIRST READING ON OCTOBER 24, 1978,
AND PRDVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE
WITH A NOTICE APPENDED THERETO CONTAINING THE I~TE,
TIME, AND PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. 8 o'clock p.m., November 7, 1978, in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is set as the date, time, and
place at which the Council will hold a public hearing upon the bond ordinance which
was introduced and passed on first reading on October 24, 1978.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the full text of said bond ordinance, including its title, to be published in the
Fairfax Globe, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, not later than
October 26, 1978, with a notice appended to such ordinance containing the date,
time, and place of the public hearing, which notice shall be in substantially the
following form:
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on
October 24, 1978, by the Cotmcil of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
A public hearing will be held thereon at 8 o'clock p.m., November 7,
1978, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
or an adjournment thereof.
