BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to
sign an agreement on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, with
the Department of Highways and Transportation of the Commonwealth of
Virginia for the improvement of 0.558 mile of Route 29 within Fairfax
from Intersection Draper Drive to 0.036 mile west Intersection
Stafford Drive, Station 668+31.01 to Station 697+75.00 (exception
Station 676+85 to Station 685+57.50) known as Lee Highway, and desig-
nated as Route 29, Project 0029-151-102, PE-101, RW-201, C-501,
B-601, B-602, Federal Project F-096-2(101).
