BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fairfax hereby authorizes
the filing of an application for a Community Development Block
Grant under provisions of Title 1 of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974, together with all understandings and
assurances contained therein, and directs and designates
George E. Hubler, Jr., chief executive officer of the City, as
the authorized representative~of the City to act in connection
with the application and to provide such additional information
as may be required.
