BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
Arlington Trust Company
United Virginia Bank - National
Virginia National Bank - Fairfax
be, and they are hereby, in addition to the present depositories, the
National Bank of Fairfax and Potomac Bank and Trust Company, designated
depositories of the City of Fairfax and that funds so deposited may be
withdrawn upon a check, draft, note or order of the City of Fairfax.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Frances L. Cox, Treasurer of the City of
Fairfax, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, and in
its name: to sign checks, drafts, notes, bills or other instrument made,
drawn, or endorsed by the City of Falrfax;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing resolution shall remain in
full force and effect until written notice of its amendment or ~escission
shall have been received by said banks and that receipt of such notice
shall not affect any action taken by the bank prior thereto; and
~URTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Falrfax be,
and hereby is, authorized and directed to certify to said banks the fore-
going resolution.
