FINAL RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON DRAPER DRIVE
RESOLUTION NO. R-75-11
WHEREAS, .the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for Local
Assessment Projects" on June 20, 1967, amended June 17, 1969, and;
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been notified of
certain proposed improvements and the amount to be assessed against them for
such improvements and a public hearing held in accordance with law and adopted
policies.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Services took the necessary action
and completed the construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter and driveway
approaches, in accordance with the plans that were prepared on a portion of
Draper Drive from U. S. Route 29-211-50 to Fairfax City Boundary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the affected property owners listed
below be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies
based on actual project cost, but not exceeding the previously recorded
estimate.
BE IT ~JRTHERRESOLVED that the resolution adopted by the City Council
on November 20, 1973, and recorded at DB 3954, page 44, among the land records
of Fairfax County, Virginia, be amended to show the actual assessment as
shown below.
