A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING UPON THE
BOND ORDINANCE INTRODUCED AND TABLED ON
FIRST READING ON AUGUST 12, 1975, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID
ORDINANCE WITH A NOTICE APPENDED THERE-
TO CONTAINING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE
OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. Eight o'clock P. M., August 19, 1975, in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is
set as the date, time and place at which the Council will hold a public
hearing upon the bond ordinance which was introduced and tabled on
first reading on August 12, 1975.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the full text of said bond ordinance, including its title, to
be published in the Fairfax Globe, a newspaper of general circulation
in the City, not later than August 14, 1975, with a notice appended to
such ordinance containing the date, time and place of the public hearing,
which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and
tabled on first reading on August 12, 1975, by
the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
A public hearing will be held thereon at
8 o'clock P. M., August 19, 1975, in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, or an adjournment thereof.

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
