BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized
to sign an agreement on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
with the Department of Highways and Transportation of the
Commonwealth of Virginia for the improvement of 0.273 mile of
Route 237 within Fairfax from 0.083 mile south Accotink Creek
to Fairfax Circle, Station 4+00 to Station 18+42.45 known as
Old Lee Highway and designated as Route 237, Project 0237-151-101,
PE-101, RW-201, C-501, B-601, Federal Project U-5506 (5).
