CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON LEE HIGHWAY

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for Local
Assessment Projects" on June 20, 1967, amended dune 17, 1969, and;
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been notified of
certain proposed improvements and the amount to be assessed against them for
such improvements and a public hearing held in accordance with law and adopted
policies.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works take the
necessary action to proceed with the construction of a sidewalk in accordance
with the plans that have been prepared on a portion of Rt. 123 to six hundred and
fifty (650') feet west of the north side of Lee Highway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected abutting property owners
listed below be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies
not to exceed the estimated amount shown:
