Be it RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, be, and he hereby is, authorized, empowered and
directed to sign a certain agreement on behalf of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, and the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, dated April 7, 1970, by and between the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, and the Virginia Department of Highways
entitled AGREEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY OR POLITICAL SUBDIVISION TO
MAINTAIN HIGHWAYS IMPROVED UNDER THE CODE OF VIRGINIA AND THE
POLICIES OF THE HIGHWAY COMMISSION and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to affix seal of City of Fairfax, Virginia to said
agreement and to attest the same by signing her name thereto.
