BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, that the Washington, Virginia & Maryland
Coach Company, Incorporated, be and it hereby is permitted
to operate its buses in the City of Fairfax, Virginia, on
North Street between Old Lee Highway and University Drive
and on University Drive between North Street and Main Street
from 5:00 a. m. to 12:00 noon daily; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission heretofore granted
allowing the said company to operate its buses during the
same time period on Old Lee Highway between North Street and
Main Street and on Main Street between Old Lee Highway and
University Avenue be and it hereby is rescinded.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Vir-
ginia, this eighteenth day of April, 1972.
