RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Fairfax, Virginia, having reviewed the contract dated the
fifth day of May, 1970, by and between the City School Board
of the City of Fairfax and Hill & Kimmel, Incorporated, gen-
eral contractor, in the principal sum of six million, four
hundred seventy-two thousand, two hundred ($6,472,200) dollars,
does hereby approve and consent to the same and authorized the
City School Board to execute said contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Fairfax agrees to provide all funds necessary for the
payment or payments of said contract when due, provided proper
performance is made thereunder by said general contractor.
