A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING UPON THE BOND
ORDINANCE INTRODUCED AND PASSED ON FIRST
READING ON OCTOBER 6, ]970, AND PROVIDING
FOR TIlE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE WITH
A NOTICE APPENDED THERETO CONTAINING THE
DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF THE PUBLIC NEAR-
I NG.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section l. 8:00 o'clock p. m., October 27, 1970, in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
is set as the date, time and place at which the Council will hold a
public hearing upon the bond ordinance which was introduced and passed
on first reading on October 6, 1970.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the full text of said bond ordinance, including its title, to
be published in the Virginia Sentinel, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the City, not later than October 23, 1970, with a notice appended
to such ordinance containing the date, time and place of the public hear-
ing, which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
The foregoing ordinance was introduced and
passed on first reading on October 6, 1970, by
the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
A public hearing will be held thereon at
8:00 o'clock p. m., October 27, 1970, in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City
of Fairfax, Virginia, or an adjournment thereof.

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect upon its
passage.
