RESOLUTION FOR LOCAL STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for local
Assessment Projects" on June 20, 1967, and
WHEREAS the affected property owners have been notified and a public
hearing held in accordance with adopted policies,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works take
the necessary action to proceed with the construction of sidewalk on portions
of Main Street, Layton Hall Drive, Lee Highway and Bevan Drive in accordance
with the plans that have been prepared.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected property owners listed below
be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies not to ex-
ceed the estimated amount shown:
