Section 1. Eight o'clock P.M., November 12, 1968, in
the Cotmcil Ch'~mbers in the C ~y Hal! in the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, is sot as the date.~ time and place at which the

which was introduced and passed on first reading on November
5, 1968.
section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the full text of said bond ordinance,

Virginia Sun, a newspa~er of general circulation in the

place of the public hearing, which notice shall be in
