AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 28 (PARKS AND RECREATION),
ARTICLE III (PARK OPERATING POLICY), SECTION 58-61(A) (PARK
REGULATIONS)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter 28,
Article III, Section 58-61(a) of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, be and the same is
amended as follows:
CHAPTER 58 — PARKS AND RECREATION
ARTICLE III — PARK OPERATING POLICY
Sec. 58-61. - Park regulations
(a) The city inana er eouneil may establish, by or -din tirules and regulations for the
operation of the city's parks, trails, and indoor and outdoor recreation facilities. The rules
and regulations shall be made available in convenient public facilities throughout the city,
and available to any person upon request. The city managereouneil may require the rules
and regulations, or portions thereof, to be posted at one or more of the city's parks.
This Ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
