A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW PARKING LOT LEASE AGREEMENT BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX AS LESSEE AND THE BUSINESS
INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC AS LESSOR FOR APPROXIMATELY 46 PARKING
SPACES LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAGER AVENUE AND
UNIVERSITY DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Virginia (the "City") has determined that there continues to
be a need for additional public parking in the Old Town Fairfax area; and
WHEREAS, The Business Investment Group, LLC and the City have negotiated the terms of
a new Parking Lot License Agreement for that certain parking lot owned by The Business
Investment Group, LLC, and consisting of approximately 46 spaces located at the intersection
of Sager Avenue and University Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager is authorized to negotiate, finalize and execute a new Parking
Lot Lease Agreement, provided that the form of the same is approved by the City Attorney.
