MINUTES FROM BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, the practice of providing reports from boards and commissions has been
useful in providing information to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby requests
that each City board and commission provide minutes of its meetings to the City Clerk for
distribution to the City Council.
