Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the
City/University — CUE Bus Contract Service Agreement for FY 2016 with George
Mason University
WHEREAS, the City entered into a CUE service agreement with George Mason University
on August 27, 2001; and
WHEREAS, as part of that agreement, George Mason University agreed to make an annual
contribution towards the CUE operating and capital costs; and
WHEREAS, the FY 2016 agreement states that George Mason University will pay the City
$750,000 as a contribution towards the City's operating and capital costs for the system.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into the CUE Bus Contract
Service Agreement for FY 2016 with George Mason University.
