REAPPROPRIATION OF CAPTIAL PROJECT FUNDS TO FY 2016
WHEREAS, each year City staff presents to the City Council a list of capital projects with
unobligated funds and a recommendation as to whether or not those funds should be
reappropriated; and
WHEREAS, this situation occurs when funds are appropriated, but as of the end of the fiscal
year have not been either spent or obligated through the issuance of a purchase order; and
WHEREAS, the estimated fund balance for the 2016 budget was based on the assumption
that these funds would be reappropriated.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the attached List of Capital
Projects and Funds shall be reappropriated to FY 2016.
