AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, TO ADD A NEW FEE IN CRIMINAL AND TRAFFIC CASES,
TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE COSTS OF AN ELECTRONIC SUMMONS SYSTEM.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter 26 of
the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is hereby amended to add a new Section 26-6,
imposing a new fee to fund the costs of an electronic summons system, as follows:
