AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DEED
OF LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND MAIN
STREET CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC., FOR CERTAIN PREMISES
LOCATED AT 4401 SIDEBURN ROAD (A PORTION OF THE FORMER GREEN
ACRES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL).
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that City Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to execute, with the concurrence of the City Attorney, a
Deed of Lease between the City (as Landlord) and Main Street Child Development Center,
Inc. (as Tenant) for certain premises located at 4401 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, Virginia (a
portion of the former Green Acres Elementary School), subject to the conditions and
restriction contained within the Deed of Lease. The form of such Deed of Lease shall be
substantially of the form attached to this Ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
