AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A LICENSE TO LAYTON HALL LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE USE OF A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
WAY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO (2) STORM SEWER
OUTFALLS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, (hereinafter referred to as "the CITY") that the LAYTON HALL LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP , (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), subject to the conditions and
restrictions herein stated, is hereby granted a license, on a non-exclusive basis, to install,
construct and maintain two (2) storm sewer outfalls within a portion of the City's right-of-
way adjacent to the development, along University Drive, within the corporate limits of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia.
The conditions of the License shall be as stated in the License Agreement attached to
this Ordinance as Exhibit A(the "License Agreement).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the
City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the License Agreement, subject to such
modifications as may be approved by the City Attorney.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
