AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF A PERMANENT SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT TO
LOUDOUN COUNTY SANITATION AUTHORITY ON CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE PART PARTICULARLY IDENTIFIED AS MCPIO53-
COUNTY,VIRGINIA, AND

WHEREAS, the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority ("Authority") has expressed a need to
obtain from the City a permanent sanitary sewer easement and a temporary construction
easement (the "Easement") on a portion �icula ly dentifi d as by the City and

"Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to agree
to grant the Easement to Authority, on the terms and conditions set forth in that certain Deed
of Easement Donation attached as Exhibit"A"to this Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager is authorized to finalize and execute the Deed of Easement,
substantially of the form attached hereto, and any other documentation reasonably necessary
to effectuate the grant of the Easement, subject to the approval by the City Attorney.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
