EASEMENT TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF
TRANSPORTATION ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE

PARTICULARLY IDENTIFIED AS GPIN #197-39-9758-000.
WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Transportation ("VDOT") has
expressed a need to obtain from the City a permanent located drainage Loud unnCotuntyEVirginia,)and
a portion of real property owned by the City and
particularly identified as GPIN #197-39-9758-000 (the "Property"); and the
