CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIPARKING PERMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chap er 98,
Article IV, Division 3 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to resi ential
parking permits, is hereby amended as follows:
(1) Section 98-206 is hereby amended as follows:
"Sec. 98-206. - Definitions.
For the purpose of this division, the following words and phrases shall h ve the
meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
