RESOLUTION NO. R-12-68
REAPPROPRIATION OF CAPTIAL PROJECT FUNDS TO FY 2013
WHEREAS, each year City staff presents the

reappropriated; and
WHEREAS,this situation occurs when funds are appropriated,but as of the end of the fiscal
year have not been either spent or obligated through the issuance of a contract or purchase
order; and
WHEREAS,the estimated fund balance for the 2013 budget was based on the assumption
that these funds would be reappropriated.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the attached List of Capital
Projects and Funds shall be reappropriated to FY 2013.
