A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION,
FOR THE EMERGENCY BATTERY BACK -UP GENERATORS
TO BE LOCATED AT VARIOUS INTERSECTIONS
IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on January 24, 2012, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Virginia Vig nia Department part de t of
Transportation, (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments
Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
