A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION,
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
FAIRFAX BOULEVARD (ROUTE 50) CORRIDOR
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT INTERSECTIONS IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular Cit■
Council meeting on January 10, 2012, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Virginia Department of

Transportation, (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to
