AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A FIRST
AMENDMENT TO THE DEED OF LEASE DATED MARCH 27, 2007 BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND MAIN STREET CHILD
DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. FOR THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 4401
SIDEBURN ROAD (FORMER GREEN ACRES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)
BE [ I' ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
(hereinafter referred to as "CITY ") that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, with the concurrence of the City Attorney, a Second Amendment to Deed of Lease, further
amenhing the Deed of Lease dated March 27, 2007, between the City, as Landlord, and Main Street
Child Development Center, Inc., as Tenant, for the Premises located at 4401 Sideburn Road, Fairfax,
Virgt_nia (the former Green Acres Elementary School), subject to the conditions and restrictions
contaned in such Second Amendment to Deed of Lease. The form of such Second Amendment to
Deed of Lease shall be substantially of the form attached to this Ordinance, subject to such
reaso-table modifications as made by the City Manager, with the concurrence of the City Attorney.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
