AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 82, ARTICLE II, SECTION 82 -32 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO THE
ASSIGNMENT OF NUMBERS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter 82,
Article II, Section 82 -32 of the Code of Fairfax, Virginia pertaining to the assignment of
numbers is herby amended as follows:
Sec. 82 -32. Assignment of numbers.
All properties or parcels of land within the city shall be identified by reference to the uniform
numbering system adopted by this article. Numbers shall be assigned by the City Manager, or
his designee in conformity with the atlas and uniform numbering system adopted by this
article.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
