A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER,
ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
TO SIGN
THE SMARTRIP OPERATIONS FUNDING AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular
City Council meeting on May 10, 2011, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign
the Smartrip Operations Funding Agreement, including any amendments thereto, provided
that the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as
to form by the City Attorney.
