A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SUBMIT TO THE
NORTHERN VIRGINIA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
THE FY2013 CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY
AND REGIONAL SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM
APPLICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on March 8, 2011, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit to
the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority funding requests for the following projects:
1. Repaving of Various Streets in the City of Fairfax
2. Roberts Road Sidewalk Improvements
3. Installation of a Traffic Signal at the Intersection of Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) and
the Ceremonial Entrance to the Fairfax County Judicial Center.
Adopted this 8th day of March, 2011.
