APPROVAL OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH U.S. BANCORP EQUIPMENT
FINANCE, INC. — VENDOR FINANCE GROUP FOR THE LEASE OF CERTAIN
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT [TEN (10) PHYSIO CONTROL LIFEPAK 15 EKG
MONITOR/DEFIBRILLATORS]
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that the
City Manager is authorized and directed to finalize and execute any necessary documentation
in connection with the above - referenced transaction, including execution of any lease
agreement(s) and schedules thereto, in form approved by the City Attorney.
The motion to adopt the resolution was approved on September 14, 2010.
