AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND READOPTING CHAPTER 110, ARTICLE II,
DIVISION 12, SECTION 110-343 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REVIEW
AND INSPECTION FEES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Chapter 110,
Article II, Division 12, Section 110-343 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, is hereby
amended and readopted in its entirety as follows:
Sec. 110-343. Review and inspection fee required.
An erosion and sediment control review and inspection fee in the amount set forth in the table
below shall be paid to the city at the time of submission of plans to the plan-approving
authority.
$550.00; fee includes 1 site
inspection, each additional
U to %2 acre of disturbed land ins ection is $100.00
$550.00 plus $100.00 per acre of
disturbed land or fraction thereof;
Per acre over %2 acre of disturbed land or fraction fee includes 1 site inspection, each
thereof additional ins ection is $100.00
$200.00; $300.00 if a stop work
Reins ection followin violation er ins ection order has been issued
After-Hours Inspection Fee $200 minimum for up to 4 hours
Overtime Related to Ins ections $150.00
Reschedulin Fee for Site Ins ection $45.00
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
