A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SUBMIT TO THE
NORTHERN VIRGINIA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
A REQUEST FOR FUNDING TH E
RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAVING OF
FAIRFAX BOULEVARD (ROUTE 50~ BETWEEN
REBEL RUN AND EATON PLACE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular
City Council meeting on September 22, 2009, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
submit to the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority a funding request for the
reconstruction and repaving of Fairfax Boulevard Route 50~ between Rebel Run and Eaton
Place.
ADOPTED this 22 day of September, 2009.
