VVHEREAS Guadalupe Soto has submitted Application No. SE-OSOI0005 requesting
the Special Exception to the City Code listed belo~:
Section I 1 0-4S6( I)
Special exception to alloV\/ more than 25 percent
surfaced driveVV"ay in the front yard.
V\THEREAS.. City Council has carefully considered the application,. the
recommendation of the staff ar1d testimony received at the public hearing; and
V\THEREAS", City Cou.ncil has determined that the proposed Special Exception is
appropriate because the proposal meets the requisites established by City of Fairfax Code
Section 110-369,. and because:
1. The site for the proposed use is adequate in size aI1d shape.. and the proposed use
vvil1 not negatively affect adjacent property or the surrounding area; and
2. The special exception vvill not be inconsistent vvith the objectives specified in the
comprehensi ve plan.
NDVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax
on this 22 day of January, 2008 that application number SE-08010005 should be and is hereby
approved.
