7 ADDITIONAL VIDEO TRAFFIC lVIONITORING CAlVIERAS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at: its regular
City Council meeting on 1v1:arch 11" 2008, that the City l\t1:anager is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement vv-ith the Virginia Department of
Transportation" (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City 1\IIanager and approved as to,
form by the City Attorney.
