PERFORJVI~NCE REVIEV\TS OF CITY COUNCIL APPOINTEES
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fairfax hereby adopts the
follo~i:ng guidelines for the performance revie~s of the City Attorney and the City l\I1:anager"
and for providing the City Courrcirs input: into the annual evaluation of the City Clerk by the
City lV1anager:
1 ~ The City Council shall annually revie"", the job performance of the City Attomey and
the City l'v1anager vvithin sixty (60) days prior to the adoption of the budget.
2. The City Council shall provide input: into the annual evaluation of the City Clerk by
the City l\/Ianager_ The City :M:a.nager shall provide thirty (30) days" notice to the: City
Conncil prior to the City Clerk's evaluation. ~rhe City 1'v1anager shall incorporate the
City Council"'s comments into the City Clerk"s evaluation.
