BE IT RESOLVED., by the City Council of the City oT Fairf"ax,. Virginia at: its regular
City Council meeting on February 27" 2007" that: the City l\Ilanager is hereby authorized to
execute" on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement vvith the Virginia Department oT
Transportation" (hereinafter called VDOT), including any arl""1cnd1.T1cnts thereto" provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City l'\I1:anager and approved as 1:0
form by the City AHomey.
