City Council meeting on :rvt:arch 27" 2007,. that the City l\I1anager is hereby u"L1-thorized to
execute" on behalf of the City of Fairfax" an Agreement v..rith the Virginia Department of
Transportation" (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City l'vIanager and approved as to
