The uses in Units G&H shall be limited as follov.7s: a. 2,.200 sq1...1-are feet of motor vehicle and detail space combined b. One hydraulic lift-equipped service bay c. Units G&H,. combined.,. shall provide four interior parking spaces_ Three exterior spaces shall be provided for each unit. 3_ All v.7aste fluids and recyclable materials shall be stored in appropriate containers inside the building. 4. No additional dumpsters or other storage containers shall be added to the site. 5. No vehicle parts or other materials shall be stored outside the building. 6.
