BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular
City Council meeting on September 25,2007,. that the City ]\.I[ar1ager is hereby authorized to
submit to the ~orthem Virginia Transportation Authority a furrdi:ng request: for the
replacement of the bridge at: Chain Bridge Road (Route 123).
