ADOPTION OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER
V\THERE.AS", the City Council is desirous of conducting its meetings in an efficient and
legal manner;
NOVV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts
RoberT '05 Rules or Order .Ne"lV1..v Revised, loth edition. These rules shall apply except in cases
in vv-hich they are inconsistent v.rith the procedures of the City Cour1cil.
