CIT"Y OF FAIRFAX:. VIRGINIA. AND THE VIRGINIA DEPARTlVlENT OF
TRANSPORTATION.
FOR TIIE PROJECT :KNOVVN AS
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IJVl:PROVElVlENTS
BE IT :RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular
City Council meeting on November 14". 2006, that the City l\.IIanager is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement V\Tith the Virginia Department: of
Transportation, (hereinafter called VDOT), including any amendments thereto" provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to the City l\.IIar1ager and approved as to
form by the City Attomey.
