AN ORDINANCE AlVlENDING CHAPTER 98, ARTICLE II, SECTION 98-65 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, PERTAINING TO LOCAL
ANNUAL VEHICLE LICENSE TAX
BE IT ORDAINED. by the City Council of the City of Fairfax. Virginia. that Chapter 98.
Article II" Section 98-65 of the Code of the City of Fairfax" Virginia" is hereby amended as
Tollo'-V"s:
Sec. 98-65. Amoun1: of 1:ax.
There shall be an. 3rll1ual vehicle license tax of $33.00 on every motor vehicle", trailer and
semitrailer subject to this art:icle", except motorcycles" and an annual vehicle license tax or
$18.00 for each motorcycle subject to this article.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by lavv.
