THIRD AlVIEN"DlVIEN"T TO THE LEASE DATED lVIAY 19,2006 BETVVEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX AN"D N"ORTHERN" VIRG1~IA CHRISTIAN" ACADEl\IIY FOR
THE PREl\IIISES LOCATED AT 11000 BERRY STREET, FAIRFAX, V IRGIN" I A
(THE VVESTlVIORE ELElVIEN"TARY BUILDIN"G AN"D GROUN"DS)
BE IT ORDAIN"ED BY THE CITY COUN"CIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRG-INTA (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that the City l\I1anager is hereby authorized
and directed to execute,. vvith the concurrence of the City .Attomey, a Third .Amendment to
Lease, further amending the Lease dated :rv1:ay 19, 2006 betvveen the City, as Landlord, and
~orthem Virginia Christian Academy, as Tenant". for the Premises located at 11000 Berry
Street". Fair:rax,. Virginia (the V'Vestmore Elementary building and grounds),. subject to the
conditiolls and restrictions contained in such Third Amendment to Lease. The form of
such Third .Amendment to Lease shall be substantially of the form attached to this
Ordinance,. subject to such reasonable modifications as made by the City l\t1:anager, '-Vith
the concurrence of the City Attomey.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by la'-V.
