THIS AGREElVlENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY_

VIRGINIA (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that: the CITY eT1t:er into a mutual assistance
agreement vvith FAIRFAX COUNTY VVATER AUTHORITY (hereinafter referred to as
"FC"V\T A ") for a period of eight (8) years commeTlciTlg upon execution of the mutual assistance
agreement by all parties in January of 2009 and ending at: 11 :59 p.m. ET on September 30~
2018,. subject to the conditions and restrictions contained therein, in the form attached as
~"Exhibit: A~"_
BE IT FU~TFIE~ O~A.INEI> by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the
City J\.tIanager is authorized and directed to execute the mutual assistance agreement, subject
to the concurrence of the City Attomey.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by laVor.
