AN O=INANCE GRANTING A LICENSE (RENEVV AL) TO THE
BRECKINRTDGE LANE HOlVlEOVVNERS ASSOCIATION, TO USE FOR THE
TERlVl A~ UPON THE CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-
OF-VVAY IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA FOR lVIAINTENANCE OF AN
IlVIPROVED ENTRANCE FEATURE AND A BRICK-BO=ERED PLANTER
AREA VVITHIN THE CITY'S RIGHT-OF-VVAY
BE IT O=AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") that the BRECKINRIDGE LANE
HOlVlEOVVNERS ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as "BLHOA") for a period of
five (5) years commencing on February 10" 2009 and ending at 11 :59 p.m. ET on
February 9,2014, subject to the conditions and restrictions herein stated, is hereby
authorized and empoV\Tered on a non-exclusive basis to install, construct: and maintain
improvements vvithin the CITY"'s Breckinridge Lane right-of-V\Tay vvithin the corporate
limits of the City of Fairrax, Virginia, as the same noV\.t' exists or may hereafter be
extended or altered, for the purpose of installing and maintaining a.rl improved entrance
feature and a brick-bordered planter area,. and similar features.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the City
l\I1.:anager is authorized and directed to execute a License cOr:1taining the terms and
conditions contained herein and substantially of the form attached to this ordinance as

This ordinance shall become effective as provided by la-vv.
