CITY OF FAIRFAX AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA CHRISTIAN ACADElVlY FOR
THE PREJVIISES LOCATED AT :11000 BERRY STREET, FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
(THE VVESTlVlORE EI"ElVlENT ARY BUILDING AND GROUNDS)
BE IT O~AINED BY THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA (hereina.fter referred to as "CITY") that the City ]\I[anager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute:" vvith the concurrence of the City Attomey" a Second Amendment to
Lease, further amending the Lease dated l\.I1:ay 19, 2006 betVV"een the City, as Landlord.. and
~c>rthem Virginia Christian Academy, as Tenant, for the Premises located at 11000 Berry
Street" Fairfax" Virginia (the VVestmore Elementary building and grounds), subject to the
conditiolls and restrictions contained 11:"1 such Second Amendment to Lease. The form of such
Second Amendment to Lease shall be substantially of the form attached to this Ordinance,
subject to such reasonable modificatic)]:1s as made by the City l\.Ifanager, '-Vith the concurrence
of the City Attomey.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by la'-V.
