USE FOR TFIE TERlVI AND UPON TFIE CONDITIONS STATED FIEREIN A
PORTION OF TFIE PUBLIC RIGFIT-OF-VVAY IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX.
VIRGINIA FOR INSTALLATION AND lVIAINTENANCE OF CER.TAIN
IlVIPROVElVIENTS IN FRONT OF :10405 STRATFORD AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE CITY COUNC:lL OF THE CITY OF FAIR.FAX.
VIRGINIA (hereinafter referred to as "City") that A~THO~Y C. STEFANAKIS (hereinafter
referred 'to as "Stefauakis") for a period of five (5) years, subject to the conditions and
restrictions herein stated> is hereby authorized and empov..rered on a non-exclusive basis to
install, construct and maintain improvements ""ithin the City"'s Stratford Avenue right-of-"'-Vay
(and more particularly in front of his residence at 10405 Stratford Avenue, Tax 1'\I1ap No. 57-
2-02-052), vvithin the corporate limits of the City" as the same novv exists or may hereafter be
extended or altered, for t:he purpose of maintaining a fence in such location. The conditions
of such license shall be substantially in the form of th.e License Agreement attached to this
ordiu.ance as Attach.n:1ent ""A"''''_
BE IT FURTFIER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the City
:rv1:anager is authorized and directed to execute a License Agreement containing the terms and
conditions contained herein.
This ordinance shall become effective as provided by lavv_
